Challenge
Julius Baer wanted to honour International Women’s Day without falling into the trap of generic messaging. The challenge was to find a way to meaningfully celebrate women across the organisation while aligning with the bank’s tone of understated elegance and precision.

Solution
I created a portrait-led campaign focused on the diverse voices of women within the company. The visual execution leaned into editorial storytelling—high-contrast lighting, elegant typography, and candid testimonials—capturing authenticity and professionalism. The internal rollout was also a key strategic choice, aiming to inspire from within.

Outcome
The campaign reinforced Julius Baer’s commitment to inclusivity and representation, not just externally but among its internal stakeholders. It received positive feedback from employees, increased engagement on internal platforms, and elevated the employer brand across LinkedIn and recruitment channels.
